How do I schedule a meeting for my ministry at the church?

To plan a meeting or event at the church facility or offsite, please contact your pastoral overseer. Check the contact list below if you are not sure who your pastoral overseer would be. They will gather the needed information or direct one of the support staff to do so. Once the event has been approved it is added to the master calendar and you will be contacted to confirm the final details including publicity for your event.

If you need to contact us for any reason, please call the church office Tuesday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The following contact list will direct you to the specific person you need to reach in the office. To reach one of the contacts listed below, dial the main church number 727-577-7705 and ask for or dial the extension listed below. If they are not at their desk, or it is after office hours, you can leave a voice mail message for them. What do we publish?

We publish Calvary Chapel sponsored events (i.e. Bible studies, prayer times, services, outreaches, fellowships, classes, planning meetings, etc.). We occasionally (and only upon staff approval) will advertise events that don’t originate from within our fellowship. This is restricted to the classified board in the Main Lobby. For details, call Cindy Neidert at 727-577-7705 x 230.

What are the publication deadlines?

Ministry Directory - the 15th day of the preceding month. For example, to put something on the October Ministry Directory, it must be on the master calendar September 15th.

Weekly Bulletin – Friday, 8 days prior to distribution. For example, if you need something in the bulletin on the weekend of August 21-22, we need the information by Friday, August 13.

As a rule, most events will be published for two consecutive weeks prior to the event. In order to plan adequately, please keep our deadlines in mind when submitting information.

Thank you for “bearing with us” as we seek more efficient ways to serve the body. Although in the midst of the growth this sometimes seems challenging, we do praise the Lord for blessing us so abundantly!
